What Is The Constraint?
Tough week to start. I learnt that it's worth considering what is the constraint in what you're doing? if you had to what are the few things that are limiting you from achieving your goals?
For me, it's insufficient intensity during the workouts a lack of cardio and not enough protein
Next week, my goal will be to train with higher intensity.
I need to figure out a cardio routine that's sustainable for me.
